Job Description

• Patrol and monitor designated areas of the hotel to ensure the safety and security of guests, team members, visitors, and hotel property.
• Monitor hotel entrances, exits, guest areas, back-of-house areas, car parks, and other key locations for any suspicious or unauthorized activities.
• Control and monitor access to restricted areas and ensure that hotel security procedures are strictly followed.
• Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, emergencies, accidents, guest concerns, and requests for assistance.
• Assist in emergency response procedures, including fire, evacuation, medical emergencies, accidents, and other incidents.
• Monitor CCTV systems, security alarms, fire and life-safety systems, and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Conduct regular security and safety inspections and report potential hazards or security concerns.
• Assist in preventing theft, loss, damage, unauthorized access, and other incidents affecting hotel guests, Team Members, and property.
• Prepare accurate and timely incident reports, daily security reports, and other relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant hotel departments, emergency services, police, fire department, or other authorities when required
