We are seeking a detail-oriented and assertive Security Officer to join our team in Mysuru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for protecting our organization’s assets, personnel, and facilities while maintaining a safe and secure environment. As a Security Officer, you will combine analytical thinking with decisive action to prevent security incidents, respond to emergencies, and ensure compliance with all security protocols and regulations. • Conduct regular security patrols and monitoring of facilities, grounds, and access points to identify and prevent potential security threats and unauthorized activities
• Implement and maintain comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols in compliance with local, national, and international regulations
• Operate and monitor security systems, including surveillance cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems, ensuring all equipment functions properly
• Perform thorough security inspections and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop recommendations for improvement
• Investigate security incidents, breaches, and suspicious activities, preparing detailed reports with findings and corrective action recommendations
• Manage visitor and personnel access control, verifying credentials and maintaining accurate records of all entries and exits
• Respond promptly and effectively to security emergencies, including alarms, threats, and crisis situations, while coordinating with emergency services as needed
