The Security Officers, is concerned with the efficient and professional service of Security, while ensuring the Safety and Security in accordance with the standards, policies and procedures of the Conrad hotel and Hilton Group.

What will I be doing?  

As the Security Officer, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• To actively participate in the day to day security operations of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, employees and property.
• To patrol the interior and exterior of the hotel and confront any situations or persons that require investigation.
• To handle and document guest and employee accidents, valuable left unattended in room or other areas, noise complaints, and prostitutes.
• To assist any guests with friendly, warm, attentive and tactful service.
• To implement all policies, procedures, instructions regarding security and safety.
