As a Security Supervisor for our resort hotel, you will take on a pivotal role in leading and supervising the security team to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and property. Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of security officers, providing guidance and support. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence within the security department.
• Security Operations Oversight: Oversee day-to-day security operations, ensuring compliance with established protocols. Conduct regular briefings and debriefings with the security team.
• Training and Development: Provide training to security personnel on procedures, protocols, and customer service. Identify areas for improvement and implement ongoing training programs.
• Patrols and Surveillance: Conduct regular security patrols to monitor and maintain a visible presence. Supervise the operation of CCTV and surveillance systems.
• Incident Response: Lead responses to security incidents, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Conduct thorough investigations of security-related incidents and prepare detailed reports.
• Access Control: Oversee access control systems, managing permissions and restrictions. Ensure proper verification of individuals accessing restricted areas.
• Collaboration with Departments: Collaborate with other hotel departments to integrate security measures seamlessly. Address security-related concerns and inquiries from guests and staff.
