The Security Team Leader is responsible for supervising daily security operations and leading the Security Officers to ensure the safety and security of hotel guests, colleagues, visitors, contractors, hotel assets, and property. The role requires a professional, guest-focused approach while ensuring compliance with Rixos hotel policies, UAE regulations, emergency procedures, and security standards.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate Security Officers during assigned shifts.
• Conduct daily security briefings, shift handovers, and post assignments.
• Monitor hotel entrances, exits, public areas, back-of-house areas, parking areas, and other designated locations.
• Conduct regular security patrols and identify potential security and safety risks.
• Monitor CCTV and access-control systems and respond appropriately to suspicious activity.
• Ensure proper control of hotel keys, access cards, staff passes, contractor passes, and other security-controlled items.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, accidents, disturbances, and security threats.
• Investigate security incidents and prepare accurate incident and occurrence reports.
• Assist with fire, evacuation, medical emergency, bomb-threat, and other emergency procedures.
• Ensure fire exits, emergency routes, and safety equipment remain accessible and unobstructed.
