Senior HVACR Technician

We are currently seeking a Senior HVACR Technician. As a Senior HVACR Technician, you play a vital role in ensuring our properties deliver an experience beyond expectation, creating memorable moments for our guests.

• Our Maintenance team love to fix things! You will supervise our Maintenance Assistants and lead by example to be a master multitasker, a fixer, and a doer with the tools to keep our hotels looking top notch.
• As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction, health and safety compliance, and the smooth running of the property maintenance department

• Minimum of **5 years of proven hands-on experience** in the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and commissioning of **Daikin VRV**, **Panasonic VRV**, and other commercial HVACR systems.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and rectify electrical, mechanical, and control-related faults in HVACR equipment while ensuring minimal operational downtime.
• Sound knowledge of HVACR safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and industry best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, refrigeration schematics, and technical manuals
• Possession of a **recognized trade qualification or National Vocational Qualification (NVQ)** in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, HVACR, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent discipline from a recognized technical institution
