We are seeking an exceptional Shift Engineer to join the pre-opening team of Delano London.
As our Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the hotel’s engineering systems and for responding promptly to maintenance requirements.
You will be a hands-on engineer, ensuring guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas and plant rooms are maintained to the highest standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
– Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across the hotel.
– Respond promptly to guest room and operational maintenance requests.
– Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, plumbing and building-services faults.
– Monitor HVAC, heating, hot water, pumps, electrical systems and BMS.
– Carry out regular plantroom and building inspections.
