Spa Concierge, Spa & Wellness
SHIFT PATTERN ( 40 hours, 5 days per week)

Mandarin Oriental Mayfair is situated on Hanover Square, Mayfair’s oldest square recently re-born, the hotel will provide a calming, discreet sanctuary for hotel guests, while delivering a contemporary and vibrant atmosphere in the public spaces.
As a Spa Concierge at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for:
·Assisting in the smooth flow of the guest’s journey throughout the day.
·Proactively greeting, interacting, and assisting guests in a professional manner.
·Completing daily briefing and informing the Spa & Wellness of daily updates and information.
·Organizing appointment scheduling in order to maximize use of time and profitability whilst ensuring that the guests needs are of first importance.
·Having the ability to courteously interact and answer all Spa & Wellness and hotel related questions with guests.
·Having a thorough understanding of all retail sales items sold in the Spa Boutique and all Mandarin Oriental treatments and packages offered in the Spa.
As a Spa Concierge, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, afternoon, and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
