As a Spa Reservations Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for our guests, giving you the opportunity to shine and set the stage for an amazing experience at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess.

• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
• Greet guests over the phone in a warm genuine manner
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all aspects of job performance
• Host guests through the facility and familiarize them with the surroundings while explaining the wellness journey
• Guide the guests toward their specific needs when making reservations and off multiple treatment bookings and up-sells
• Communicate all changes, cancellations and additions to the back of house leadership team
• Promote a safe working environment by adhering to hotel health and safety standards
