Spa Receptionist

About the role:

The Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui is looking for a Spa Receptionist who shares a passion for excellence, conveys a positive attitude and epitomizes honesty and integrity.

The Spa Receptionist proactively welcomes guests, is knowledgeable about treatments, products and services offered as well as pricing, and scheduling. The Spa Receptionist will be able to perform basic massage treatment.

The position reports to the Director of Spa.

What you will do:

• Greet guest and answer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide information about spa services and products, able to upsell treatments and retail products accordingly.
• Take and manage bookings from various channels i.e., phone calls, walk-ins, and digital communication as well as process payments and handle cash transactions.
• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers to ensure the smooth operation at all time and coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Accommodate special requests whenever possible and assisting guests in all inquiries in connection with spa or resort services
• Monitor and manage inventory of spa supplies and retails
• Responsible for the administration, document file, and guest-required information
• Other duties and projects as assigned
