SPA Receptionist – Russian

We’re looking for a warm, professional SPA Receptionist to join our wellness team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering exceptional service while managing all aspects of spa operations with efficiency and enthusiasm.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all spa inquiries, bookings, and reservations from direct clients and partner hotels
• Process and manage spa day bookings and residential spa break reservations with accuracy and attention to detail
• Respond promptly to all customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring a warm and professional experience
• Maintain comprehensive and organized records of all spa bookings, client preferences, and administrative documentation
• Proactively follow up on provisional bookings to confirm reservations and maximize occupancy
• Support the spa reception team to ensure consistent, high-quality customer service throughout all operations
• Coordinate scheduling and communicate treatment details to spa therapists and staff members
• Handle customer concerns and complaints with empathy and resolve issues efficiently
• Manage spa inventory records and assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Assist with spa treatments when required to support team operations
• Work collaboratively with hotel partners and external agents to facilitate group bookings and special events

• Previous experience in a spa, wellness, or hospitality reception role is advantageous
• Background or knowledge in beauty or wellness treatments is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with computer systems, booking software, and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to remain calm and professional while working under pressure
• Exceptional customer service orientation with a genuine passion for guest satisfaction
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisive decisions
