Spa Therapist

Position Summary:  As a Spa Therapist at St. Pancras London, you will be responsible for delivering high-standard spa treatments while strictly adhering to treatment protocols and health & safety guidelines. Your role requires providing exceptional treatments and guest service with a professional, welcoming attitude and strong product knowledge. Additionally, you will actively drive revenue by upselling treatments, enhancements, and retail products, while supporting overall spa goals through consistent performance and service excellence. Your contribution is key to creating memorable experiences for every guest.

• Providing all spa treatments as required ensuring outstanding guest service at all times.
• Taking ownership of spa treatment rooms, ensuring areas are presentable.
