Job Description:
Our Spa therapist should provide a wide range of wellness and beauty treatments to our guests, ensuring a high standard of luxury service, relaxation, and care. This role will focus on enhancing guest wellbeing while maintain our Spas professional image and sense of place.
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver a variety of treatments such as massages, facials, body therapy.
– Consult with guests to assess desired needs and recommend appropriate treatments to a luxury standard
– Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to a 5 star luxury standard ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and a proper treatment set up.
– maintain detailed client records, including history and preferences.
– Promote and recommend Spa retail products and services
– Ensure all health and safety, hygiene standards are strictly followed
– Handle queries professionally and ensure a positive experience
– Support reception duties (Spa bookings, emails, answering phone calls)
Skills and Qualifications:
– Relevant certification in Beauty therapy, Massage therapy or Spa therapy.
– Strong Knowledge in skincare and body treatments
– Excellent communication and customer service
– Professional appearance and demeanour
– Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
– Team oriented with a positive attitude.

Working conditions:
– week day and weekend work, including peak periods
