Welcome to Silo Day Spa, a serene retreat within Peppers Silo Hotel a proud member of the Accor Global family. Our tranquil and spacious environment is designed to offer guests the ultimate relaxation experience with two elegant treatment rooms, including one designed for double occupancy. We open our doors Monday through Saturday from 10am, providing a peaceful escape and rejuvenating treatments for all who visit.

Purpose

As a Spa Therapist, your primary focus lies in curating a profoundly calming and tranquil experience for our guests. Your commitment to exceptional customer service, combined with your expertise as a Spa Therapist, ensures all guests receive personalised care that is deeply oriented towards their relaxation and well-being.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver a variety of pampering experiences, from soothing relaxation sessions and comforting pregnancy massages to rejuvenating hot stone treatments, refreshing facials, invigorating body therapies, indulgent pedicures, and exciting spa packages
• Develop a strong understanding of the spa’s products and the wide range of treatments and services we offer
• Provide exceptional customer service to our valued guests, all while maintaining a professional charm
• Maintain the spa’s inner and outer sanctuaries in impeccable, spic-and-span, and oh-so-inviting conditions, including keeping our stock of linen and supplies plentiful, ensuring we are always prepared
• Seamlessly handle appointments, payments, and those essential administrative tasks, making it all look like a breeze
• Exude confidence as you dazzle our guests with personalised home care recommendations and effortlessly meet those retail targets

Skills & Experience

• Hold a Diploma or Cert IV in Beauty Therapy or Massage, showcasing dedication to professional qualifications
• Exemplify impeccable grooming, presentation and have a thoughtful communication style
• Possess expert time management skills, with the ability to customise treatments for each guest’s unique needs
• Maintain composure and agility under pressure
• Bring a proactive, positive attitude, complemented by Hotel / Resort Spa experience, and be available for weekend and late-shift flexibility to meet guest needs
