The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to achieve the company’s commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential clients to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, corporate accounts, and business partners.
• Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, reports, and performance analyses for management review.
• Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to develop promotional activities and maximize sales opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance against established KPIs and implement corrective actions when necessary.
