Votre rôle
Le/La stagiaire Housekeeping a pour fonction d’assister l’équipe de gouvernants dans la gestion quotidienne du service “Housekeeping” afin de garantir un service d’excellence en matière de propreté et de confort pour nos clients. Il/Elle recevra une formation des standards Four Seasons en chambre et au sein des étages, et aura l’opportunité de découvrir tous les métiers du “Housekeeping” avant d’apprendre le métier du gouvernant d’étage.
Dans un second temps, il/elle aura l’opportunité de développer ses compétences en gestion d’équipe, en contrôle de qualité et en gestion de la satisfaction client tout en découvrant les standards Four Seasons.
Elle/Il est sous la responsabilité de l’encadrement de son service : Gouvernant(e)s, Assistant(e)s Housekeeping manager et Chef de Service.
Le/La stagiaire doit avoir de bonnes capacités physiques, être flexible sur les horaires en fonction de l’activité, faire preuve d’un très bon esprit d’équipe et avoir une présentation soignée.
