We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Store Executive to join our retail team in Mysuru, India. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, drive sales performance, and create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, operational excellence, and a passion for retail success.

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
• Recruit, train, and supervise store staff; conduct performance reviews and provide coaching
• Manage inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and optimize merchandise placement
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards and address customer concerns promptly
• Create visually appealing store displays and maintain store presentation standards
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and control operational expenses
• Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities
