Are you ready to take guest service to the next level? At Fairmont Banff Springs, we’re seeking a dedicated Fairmont Gold Supervisor to join our elite team. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests experience exceptional service and unforgettable stays in our luxurious “hotel within a hotel.”

Starting Rate: $24.74 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $29.31

The official contracted title for this position is Executive Lounge – Supervisor.

Job Duties Include:

• Provide excellence in guest service and act as liaison between the hotel and our guests, always responding to guest requests and concerns in a personal, prompt, and courteous manner with the ability to think “outside the box”
• Demonstrate a commitment to provide warm, anticipated service to exceed the needs and expectations of our discerning guests by providing a personalized curated guest experience.
• Must be able to perform all front desk duties including but not limited to accurately post all charges, assist with check in/out procedures, auditing and reporting.
• Review all Fairmont Gold reservations ensuring accuracy, and that all standards are met.
