Mission:

To ensure the proper functioning, maintenance and quality of the hotel’s swimming pools, ensuring that they meet the standards of safety, hygiene and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily inspections of the pools and related areas.
• Monitor and record water quality parameters (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and others).
• Apply and ensure the proper use of water treatment chemicals.
• Operate and maintain water filtration, pumping, and circulation systems.
• Identify and report malfunctions or repair needs in pool equipment.
• Keep pool areas clean and safe for guests and staff.
• Maintain records of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Comply with the company’s established safety and hygiene procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in pool maintenance and operation.
• Knowledge of water quality parameters and readings.
• Knowledge of the handling, dosage, and composition of pool chemicals.
• Basic knowledge of pumping, filtration, and pool equipment systems.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic operational problems.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Basic knowledge of occupational safety and chemical handling.
