• Building and Repairing Structures: Lay bricks, stones, and blocks to construct walls, foundations, partitions, and other structures.
• Responsibility of all civil & Plumbing task are completed on time.
• Build and repair stone and brick masonry for buildings, walls, sidewalks, and other architectural elements.
• Mark reference points on construction sites, ensuring accuracy in construction layouts.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation for all maintenance works.
• Coordinate with department for the flawless execution of monthly services.
• Ensure that all services are delivered on-time.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation to satisfy the service.
• Manage a detailed service plan to monitor and track progress.
• Measure charging infrastructure performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to company management as needed.
• Represent the company at client locations with the highest standards of professional conduct.
• Perform risk management to minimize risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with another department.
• Create and maintain comprehensive service documentation.
• To take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each task.
• Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• +2 years’ experience of related work.
• Excellent verbal communication.
• General knowledge of all civil works.
• Expertise in fixing and maintaining pool pumps.
• Monitor & maintaining centralized hot water systems.
