The Kitchen Equipment Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all commercial kitchen equipment is operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. The role includes preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting equipment faults, carrying out repairs, and supporting kitchen operations to minimize equipment downtime.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial kitchen equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, gas, and refrigeration-related kitchen equipment.
• Install, test, and commission new kitchen equipment.
• Inspect equipment regularly to identify potential faults and safety issues.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and spare parts used.
• Follow all health, safety, and equipment manufacturer guidelines.
• Coordinate with kitchen, engineering, and maintenance teams when required.
• Ensure tools, spare parts, and equipment are properly maintained and organized.
• Support emergency repairs and maintenance requirements as needed.

• Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
• Previous experience working in hotels is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Kitchen Equipment Technician or in a similar technical role.
• Technical knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and appliances.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
• Experience with equipment such as ovens, fryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, cooking ranges, and other commercial kitchen appliances.
• Good understanding of preventive maintenance procedures.
• Ability to read technical manuals, equipment specifications, and basic electrical/mechanical diagrams.
• Technical diploma or relevant vocational qualification is preferred.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, or respond to emergency breakdowns when required.
