About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris within the Spa Department, the Spa Practician is responsible for the following duties:

• • You welcome guests and guide them throughout their spa experience.
  • You perform a variety of treatments and massages in accordance with established protocols and standards.
  • You prepare treatment rooms before each service and ensure that products, linens, and equipment are fully stocked at all times.
  • You listen attentively to guests, identify their needs, and provide personalized care to ensure their satisfaction.
  • You contribute to guest loyalty by delivering an exceptional and memorable customer experience.
  • You support sales development by promoting the products and brands used during treatments.
  • As a true ambassador of the brand, you consistently apply Mandarin Oriental’s rituals, procedures, and service standards with professionalism and excellence.

As Spa Pratician, we expect from you:

• You hold a CAP Esthétique or an equivalent qualification in beauty and wellness.
• You are fluent in both French and English.
