Rosewood Hotel Georgia, a Rosewood Hotel, is looking for an exceptional and multi-talented Spa Therapist/Esthetician. The Spa Therapist/Esthetician is responsible to provide all massage, hydrotherapy and body services offered by the Spa at Rosewood Hotel Georgia. Cultivation and always maintaining a professional attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all Rosewood departmental policies/service procedures/standards, Forbes and LQA Standards.
- Attend all scheduled meetings, classes, and training sessions; knowledge required within Sense Spa must be passed on to co-workers.
- Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; respond promptly and acknowledge all guests. Thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Speak with others using clear and professional language.
- Always maintain positive guest relations.
- Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of hours of operation, reservations, fees, treatments, products, and merchandise as well as pertinent hotel information.
- Be familiar with all hotel/spa packages, promotions, prices, and rates.
- Set up and organize workstation with designated supplies, forms and resource materials, report shortages to management.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
- Perform opening/closing procedures following proper cleanliness and sanitization standards.
