Villa Host-2

Anantara Hotels & Resorts is a global luxury hotel and resort brand rooted in Thai culture, with an intrinsic sense of authentic hospitality. Inspired by the Sanskrit word meaning ‘without end’, our spirit embodies freedom, movement, and harmony. We believe every journey should leave a lasting impression — for our guests and for our people.

Founded in 2001 in Thailand, we have since expanded across the world, welcoming guests in some of the world’s most captivating locales — from pristine beaches and private islands to ancient sites and vibrant metropolises. If you are driven by a passion for generosity, warmth and heartfelt hospitality, Anantara offers a career without limits.

Responsible for delivering personalised and exceptional guest service throughout the guest journey, from pre-arrival to post-departure. Acts as the main point of contact for guests staying in villas and residences, ensuring their preferences and requests are handled efficiently while coordinating with other departments to provide a memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact guests prior to arrival to understand their preferences and requirements.
  • Prepare villas and residences according to guest preferences and established standards.
  • Welcome guests upon arrival, escort them to their villas and introduce resort facilities and services.
  • Coordinate guest requests with relevant departments and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Provide personalised assistance throughout the guest stay, including dining arrangements, excursions and special requests.
  • Arrange guest amenities, complimentary items and special in-villa services.
  • Maintain and monitor villa facilities, private cellars and guest equipment.
  • Assist with guest departures, including luggage arrangements, transportation and villa inspections.
  • Handle guest feedback, comments and concerns professionally.
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and stay information.
  • Follow resort policies, standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
