Warehouse Technician

At the Fénix Gran Meliá and Palacio de los Duques Gran Meliá hotels,   we are looking for a storeroom assistant to ensure efficient, organized and controlled management of the hotel’s warehouses, guaranteeing the correct supply of goods, stock control and compliance with the internal procedures of Meliá Hotels International.

Main mission

• Receive, verify and register goods according to orders and delivery notes.
• Control the entry and exit of storeroom products, beverages, food, and other materials.
• Store products correctly, following rules of order, rotation, expiration dates and food safety.
• Conduct periodic inventories and monitor stock discrepancies.
• Keep the management system (Meliá internal system) up to date.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, F&B, housekeeping, reception, and administration departments to meet operational needs.
• Monitor compliance with internal purchasing and storage policies.
• Keep the storeroom area clean, tidy, and organized.
• Support in internal and external audits.
• Comply with occupational risk prevention and food safety regulations.

What are we looking for in you?

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in storeroom or warehouse, preferably in hotels.
• Training in administration, logistics, hospitality or similar (valued).
• Basic knowledge of stock and inventory management.
• Proficiency in computer tools and management systems.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Availability according to hotel operations.
