Wellness Specialist

About the role
To be creative in developing spa treatments and Well-being offerings generating revenue. Able to perform body treatments according to established protocols ensuring all guests experience pure peace and relaxation.

What you will do

• Conduct regular inspections of treatment rooms to ensure cleanliness, organization, hygiene standards, and full replenishment of supplies and amenities.

• Maintain a serene, welcoming, and relaxing spa environment by ensuring appropriate ambient lighting, music, and room temperature at all times and

  Introducing wellness program for the guest

• Ensure that the spa environment remains serene, inviting, and relaxing by maintaining ambient lighting, music, and temperature levels. Regularly inspect treatment rooms for cleanliness, order, and replenishment of supplies.
• Deliver high-quality, professional spa treatments to guests, including but not limited to massage therapies, yoga class and body treatments, in accordance with established spa standards and protocols.

What you bring

• Certified for massage and Yoga
• At least 3 years of experience in a luxury spa environment.
• Outstanding communication skills and command of English are essential.
• Excellent communication and exceptional guest service skills.
• Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Guest centricity and understanding of the importance of guests’ preferences.
