Raffles & Fairmont Red Sea, positioned in the Kingdom’s groundbreaking Red Sea Project, will provide visitors access to a nature-focused resort. Reporting to the General Manager, the Cluster Director of Talent and Culture will spearhead the development and execution of strategic talent & culture initiatives to foster a dynamic and inclusive workplace. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the hotel attracts, retains, and develops top talent while maintaining a culture of excellence, engagement, and growth. The Cluster Director will assess organizational needs, develop and implement talent & culture solutions in employee relations, compensation, benefits, recognition, administration, and colleague wellness.
