Key Accountabilities
Responsible for delivery and supervision of the day-to-day operations
Support various accounting, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, reporting and tax initiatives across finance function.
Supporting and review of financial statements as per IHG guidelines
Ensure adequate compliance support to avoid any risk by proactive validation and checks in process
Driving Centralization initiatives like reconciliation hub., work on standardization of reconciliations in terms of templates/tool(s).
To ensure business partnering with customer centric approach.

Key Skills & Experiences
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience and major accounting qualification such as CA/CMA.
Experience
8+ year of progressive work-related experience in accounting and finance
2+ year of demonstrated experience of people management.
Technical Skills and Knowledge
Sound communication skills: verbal and written.
Expert Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles / IFRS / Local GAAP
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of PeopleSoft/Essbase or other enterprise financial systems and Microsoft Office.
Sound understanding of the key policies impacting the process.
Sound clarity on Controls applicable to process
Ability to guide team by providing effective solutions through expert knowledge.
