Resort Mgr

Description:

• Represent the company and the management towards guests
• travel agents and officials.
  – Implement company image and policies by monitoring staff performance and attitude.
  – Plan and assure smooth daily hotel operation according to the brand standard.
  – control operational results with quality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in resort Operations
  – Previous resort experience in Thai is a must.
  – Good in both Thai and English communication
  – Excellent problem solving skills
• strong analytical thinking
  – Strong people skills and excellent leadership qualities
  -Minimum Bachelor degree in Hospitality or similar
