Key Responsibilities & Projects:
– Evaluate Current Offerings: Conduct a comprehensive review of existing spa and wellness services to identify opportunities for improvement.

– Team Leadership & Development: Lead by example with active training, mentorship, and empowerment of the spa team to deliver excellence.
