About the location:

Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen is ideally located in the heart of the commercial district of Futian, across the Shenzhen Conference & Exhibition Center and a short walk from the Civic Center which houses the city’s Municipal Hall and Museum as well as near the famed Shenzhen Concert Hall and Library. The Hotel is surrounded by 3 modern shopping malls and is a few steps away from the subway metro station and 10-minute drive to 2 Hong Kong borders of Huanggang and Futian. Built along contemporary lines, the Hotel features 266 rooms inclusive of 32 suites, a Club Lounge, Business Centre, 4 food and beverage outlets, and a grand ballroom with 5 other function venues plus a unique outdoor multilevel Terraces.

About the role

The loss prevention officer is responsible for maintaining the life and property safety of hotel guests and employees. As a basic part of the loss prevention department, loss prevention personnel undertake the basic responsibilities of safety work.

防损员负责维护酒店客人员工的生命财产安全。作为防损部的基本组成部分，防损员承担起安全工作的基本职责。

What you will do

• Ensure safety in your work area.要确保自己工作区域内的安全。
• Observe and monitor the nearby entrances, exits and areas, and report any suspicious situation immediately.对附近的进出口和区域进行观察监视，发现可疑情况要立即报告。
• Ensure the normal operation of hotel equipment, and report any failure, damage or unsafe conditions immediately.确保酒店设备的正常运转，发现任何故障、损坏或不安全的情况要立即上报。
• In case of emergency, the loss prevention personnel shall obey the instructions of the loss prevention supervisor and perform their duties.在紧急情况发生时，防损员要服从防损主管的指示，履行自己的职责。

What you bring

• Have a sense of responsibility and work actively.有责任感，工作积极。
• Police or military experience and 2 to 3 years working experience in security and service industry will be preferred.有警务或军队经历、有2到3年的安全和服务行业工作经验将被优先考虑。
