About the location:
Four Seasons Hotel Dalian is situated in the beautiful coastal city of Dalian, nestled in the heart of the Donggang CBD in Northern China. Adjacent to the bustling Renmin Road business district and the International Conference Center, this vital hub encompasses important industries such as business, finance, information, headquarters economy, and tourism sightseeing, marking it as a significant economic core area in Dalian. The hotel features six distinctive restaurants and bars, located on the first floor and floors 39 to 41. These diverse establishments encompass Chinese, Western, and Japanese culinary styles, along with an exquisite bakery, a specialty bar, and a lobby lounge with skyline views, offering an indulgent city lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities 主要工作职责
1. Sales Manager’s mission is to primarily promote the hotel.
2. This position is accountable for booking individual, group business, banquets and meetings on an established base of the top producing key accounts and for managing / converting high potential key prospects to meet with and excel the forecasted occupancy, budgeted average rate and revenue.

Preferred Skill and Qualification 任职要求
1. Bachelor degree preferably.
2. Minimum of 2 years Sales management experience, preferably in luxury hotel brand.
3. Require a strong understanding of overall hotel business; ability to study, analyze and interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches; must have the ability to understand local markets that affect the business of the hotel; strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate at all levels; ability to train and develop new team members.
4. Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software).
