The Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a Spa Receptionist who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

The Spa Receptionist ensures a smooth Spa experience from having a thorough knowledge of all Spa treatments and retail products to checking guests in and out of the Spa. The individual must be able to handle various guest requests, inquiries, and issues, and be responsible for the follow up of such circumstances.

We are looking for an energetic, experienced customer service professional with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, have a passion for service and hospitality. Applicants will be a willing team player, comfortable with computer systems including Opera and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. On Call status indicates there is no guarantee of hours.

Hourly Rate: $28.66

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing professional massages to clients including herbal wraps, loofa treatments, aromatherapy, reflexology, deep tissue, prenatal, and shiatsu treatments.
• Responsible for ensuring a smooth Spa experience to our guests.
• Advising and educating guest of Spa treatment and produce options to suit their needs via telephone, email and in person.
• Welcoming guests to the Spa and checking them in and out of their services.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Solid knowledge of various treatment protocols.
