Concierge

Hilton Adelaide is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their stay. From offering local recommendations to arranging transportation and handling guest inquiries, you’ll ensure that every guest experience is seamless and memorable.

Hilton Adelaide is centrally located, overlooking Victoria Square. The hotel has 377 rooms ranging from guest rooms to the executive floor and suites. Hilton Adelaide offers unrivalled conference and events facilities comprising of 19 meeting rooms. It is the only 5-star hotel in Adelaide able to host 500 delegates to meet, eat and sleep, all under one roof.

 What You’ll be doing

  • Provide personalised recommendations for local attractions, dining, and entertainment to enhance the guest experience
  • Assist guests with reservations, transportation arrangements, and special requests
  • Handle guest inquiries with professionalism, ensuring each guest’s needs are met in a timely manner
  • Process and deliver messages for Guests
  • Perform valet duties, including greeting guests, assisting with parking, and retrieving vehicles upon request
  • Coordinate and arrange services such as luggage handling, wake-up calls, and more
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, policies, and local events
  • Provide support to Management as required, in cases of emergency
  • Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience, from check-in to check-out
  • Handle guest feedback and concerns, resolving issues quickly and efficiently
  • Assist with VIP guest services and special requests to create memorable experiences

What We’re Looking For

  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Previous experience in a concierge or customer service role (hospitality or similar industry preferred)
  • Excellent grooming standards
  • A current, valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a variety of vehicles (manual driving experience is highly regarded)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • A passion for providing exceptional guest service and going above and beyond for guests
