Chef De Partie – Butchery

We’re looking for passionate, high-spirted individuals to join the pre-opening team at Kimpton Riyadh, the very first Kimpton hotel in the Middle East. About Kimpton Riyadh

Located in King Abdullah Financial District which is set in the heart of the Saudi capital, 22-kilometers away from the airport, Kimpton Riyadh is the first Kimpton in the Middle East bringing the brand’s playful energy, infectious personality, and unique design style to this LEED certified landmark development home to 1.6 million square meters of state-of-the-art office space, world-class venues and iconic luxury residences. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Meat Preparation: Skill fully prepares and portion various cuts of meat, ensuring precision and adherence to quality standards.
  2. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring the availability of fresh and high-quality meat products. Conduct regular stock checks and liaise with suppliers.
  3. Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in the butchery section. Implement and uphold strict food safety protocols.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen brigade to ensure seamless integration of meat products into the overall menu. Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.
  5. Menu Contribution: Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine to develop and refine meat-based dishes, contributing innovative ideas and techniques.
