Waldorf Astoria is looking for an Executive Chef to oversee this gorgeous Atlanta property!
Located in one of Atlanta’s most prestigious neighborhoods, this 42-story tower has 127 rooms (plus 47 residences), over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes the 3-meal Brassica Restaurant, Bar, and In-Room Dining.
In this role, you will oversee all back-of-house food and beverage operations (culinary and stewarding) and reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage.
The ideal candidate will be an exceptional leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a talent for developing others and passion for creating unique dining experiences. At least 3 years of culinary management experience and a background in fine dining is required. Prior luxury hotel experience is highly preferred.
What will I be doing?
As Executive Chef, you would be responsible for directing and administering the planning, preparation, production and control of all culinary operations in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
