Engineer

Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead is searching for a talented Part Time Engineer to join the team!

The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong time management and communication skills, flexible availability, customer service experience and a minimum of 2 years hotel maintenance experience which basic knowledge in electrical, painting, plumbing, drywall.

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

Shift Pattern: AM and PM shifts/ Open availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays is required/ Start times as early as 7:00 AM and out times as late as 11:00 PM *Part Time role – minimum 3 shifts per week

What will I be doing?

• Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility including, but not limited to, guest rooms, public space and heart-of-the-house areas
• Respond to guest calls and team member work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and/or equipment
• Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including, but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC work and masonry
• Conduct inspections for preventive maintenance needs
• Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention
