Quality Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our guests expect every aspect of our business to meet certain standards. Our company, by its very name, represents quality, which makes the role of the Quality Manager essential to maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence within the industry. This position is responsible for developing and implementing action plans based on audit findings, as well as serving as the primary liaison for public health inspections and visits from regulatory or auditing institutions.

This role requires proven and verifiable experience with Cristal Standards certification.

What will I be doing?

As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Be an expert in all aspects of the brand, ensuring that hotel guests feel comfortable with their warm experience and with the operational terms.

  • Conduct inspections in all areas of the hotel to identify opportunities for improvement, correct and report findings, and carry out training sessions or operational practice drills.

  • Ensure that presentations reflect increased guest confidence in the brand’s quality, offering solutions in response to any failure to meet standards.

  • Identify and promptly report to the Security department, Human Resources Management, or the appropriate authority any unsafe conditions or behaviors that deviate from sustainability, safety, and occupational health policies.

  • Ensure the implementation of the necessary standards to comply with brand quality requirements.

  • Operational and administrative management of Quality Assurance (QA) audits.

  • Comprehensive management of Hilton brand standards.

  • Operational and administrative management of Cristal and AAA certifications.

  • Monitoring and follow-up on service standards.
