Vos futures missions :
● Vous saurez accueillir chaleureusement vos clients lors de leur check-in et vous leur donnerez envie de revenir lors de leur check-out.
● Véritable relais pour les équipes, vous transmettrez les informations du-soir-au-matin-et-du-matin-au-soir.
● La nuit, votre hôtel est votre domaine, vous serez responsable de vos clients et de leurs besoins ainsi que de leur sécurité.
● Vous apprécierez les bavardages téléphoniques avec vos clients, pour une réservation, une demande d’info, une conso au bar ou une recommandation !
● Vous préparerez le buffet petit déjeuner de l’hôtel champion de France 2022 et vice champion de France 2023 Ibis
● Vous transmettrez les reporting journaliers, outil indispensable au bon fonctionnement de l’hôtel
● Vous contrôlerez les encaissements de la journée (hôtel et restaurant)
