Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens opened in March 2019 and provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travelers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.

We are looking for Fitness Instructors to join our Seasonal team for 2025!

What you will do

• Provide a superior level of fitness instruction and experience to Four Seasons members and guests including safe, quality private and group fitness training that exceeds guest expectation.
• Responsible for providing Hotel guests and members with customized, personal attention by greeting each guest as they enter the fitness area. Provide tour of fitness areas and facilities to guests and visitors.
• Anticipate guest needs and be aware of the safest fitness approach so to adjust to the level of fitness to each guest. Provide explanations for exercise techniques and equipment.
• Develops and executes training plans and actively promotes fitness activities through guest interaction.
• Ensure that guests do not misuse free weights or equipment and are wearing suitable gym wear and shoes.
• Offer water and fresh towels to fitness guests. Interact with guest, providing full knowledge and assistance in a friendly and unobtrusive manner.
• Escort guests to their next destination at the end of the session and express sincere appreciation.
