Rattaché au Second de cuisine, vous aurez pour principales missions:
• Préparer, dresser les plats conformément aux fiches techniques et en fonction des directives du responsable
• Organiser son poste de travail en appliquant les consignes
• Adapter son rythme de travail en fonction de l’affluence, des évènements et des clients
• Effectuer le nettoyage et le rangement de son poste de travail en fonction des directives de son responsable
Vous êtes étudiant(e) en CAP/ BAC PROFESSIONNEL cuisine/ Hôtellerie Restauration
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité d’adaptation votre sens de l’organisation et de la rigueur.
Vous faites preuve d’esprit d’équipe et savez vous intégrer au sein d’une équipe
