Washington Hilton is looking for a dynamic Stewarding Manager to join their team while supporting 120,000 square feet of meeting space and 3 food & beverage outlets. Located in the heart of Washington, DC, this iconic hotel is home to amazing events and guests.
The ideal candidate should have min 3 years of Stewarding experience in a similar role, preferably in high volume operations. Hospitality management experience, strong leadership skills, excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment is required. In this role you will be the #2 for the department and supervise a team of 55-60 Team Members.
Shift Pattern: 8-10 hours shifts, mostly on the PM, however with full flexibility for any shift required by business for the hotel, on any day of the week, weekends and holidays.
Salary: $65,564 per year.
