Position Overview:
Assistant Director – Strategy and Business Development oversees a team responsible for delivering best in class, differentiated marketing activities and Business Development strategies that support our ability to drive strong, mutually beneficial growth in lead generation, vacation package sales and revenues.
Collaboration with senior leadership is key to shaping marketing decisions and strategies, and you will work closely with internal stakeholders to support the enhancement of our competitive position, maximizing profitability. You will be required to optimize the overall program marketing planning across our markets and channels.
