A rare gem on Florida’s Gulf Coast of Southwest Florida, Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is an exclusive collection of 156 luxurious beachfront private residences and a 222-room hotel all within a 125-acre walkable coastal village in the heart of Old Naples. Honoring local heritage and artfully reimagined for modern-day elegance, the resort includes residents-only facilities and amenities, a luxury spa and state-of-the-art well-being/fitness center, exquisite and diverse fine dining outlets, outdoor pursuits to include a tennis center, and an 18-hole golf course, bowling and movie theater experiences, and an exclusive private club. The first of its kind, the Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is paradise found.
About the role:
**This role will not be onboarded until July 29th 2025**
The Tennis Professional is responsible for delivering exceptional tennis instruction to Four Seasons members and guests, ensuring a high-quality, engaging, and personalized experience. This role includes teaching lessons, organizing tennis clinics, and promoting the sport, while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.
What you will do:
-Be part of the pre-opening team!
-Deliver high-quality private and group tennis instruction that exceeds member and guest expectations.
-Provide exceptional service by handling all member and guest interactions with professionalism, resolving complaints, and accommodating special requests.
-Ensure shift coverage for tennis instruction, maximizing member and guest satisfaction while meeting demand.
-Contribute to maintaining the tennis facility by keeping courts clean and well-maintained.
-Complete all billing for tennis instruction in compliance with Four Seasons’ accounting procedures.
-Ensure proper stock levels of on-court supplies for instructional programs.
-Actively promote tennis instruction and related activities to members and guests.
-Demonstrate a strong ability to play tennis, with a minimum proficiency level of 4.5.
What you bring:
-College Degree – minimum of 2 year college USPTA Certification minimum P2 Level
-Minimum of 2 years experience in tennis teaching industry at a similar club or resort.
-Excellent presentation skills.
-Creative yet sound approach to delivering tennis instruction.
-Understanding of high quality tennis service experience.
-Ability to read, write, and speak English
-The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day, and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
-Occasional travel for trainings, events, and/or conferences.
