  • About the role
    Four Seasons Nevis is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and oversee all kitchen operations. This pivotal role involves ensuring the highest standards of food quality, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining efficient kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for culinary excellence, and the ability to innovate within a luxury hotel environment.

     

    What you will do

    Leadership & Team Management:

    • Lead, train, and develop the culinary team to ensure high performance and adherence to Four Seasons standards.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages creativity and teamwork.

    Menu Development & Execution:

    • Design and implement innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and local flavors.
    • Ensure consistency and quality in all dishes served across all dining outlets.

    Operational Excellence:

    • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to health and safety regulations.
    • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock control to maintain optimal levels.
