The Diplomat Beach Resort, Curio by Hilton is looking for a Assistant Director of Human Resources to join their team!
This stunning 1000 room oceanfront resort is the perfect getaway with two beachside pools, a Dip & Slide splash pad for kids, and 1,000 linear feet of alabaster beach. Savor stunning views, delicious dining options, and endless sunshine in Hollywood, Florida. Our Human Resources Team, consists of 4 team members and reports to the Director of Human Resources.
The ideal candidate holds 3+ years experience within Human Resources and 2+ years working with a team under a collective bargaining agreement. Has a confident level of knowledge in Human Resources and comfortable to provide guidance and coaching to their direct reports.
Shift Pattern: Full Availability (Weekdays, weekends, holidays as needed)
