About the role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator assists the Talent Acquisition Supervisor in her various tasks, notably administrative, and acts as People & Culture referent for all hotel departments regarding recruitment.
He/She must be fully aware of procedures relating to the People & Culture department, as well as Four Seasons policies and procedures more generally.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be expected to be versatile and to lend a helping hand to the various People & Culture departments; he/she will act as the main point of contact for hotel employees in all matters relating to Personnel Management, from the arrival of an employee to his/her departure.
