The team is currently seeking a dynamic Assistant Director of Human Resources to help lead the Human Resources team in their efforts to create a positive team culture in alignment with our Hilton values.

The salary range for this position is $90,000-$120,000.
What will I be doing?
Manages labor relations, including conducting investigations, counseling/disciplining employees, and resolving grievances in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement, including all steps of the grievance and arbitration process. Serves on the Hotels negotiating committee during union contract negotiations, and may perform research, costing and other supportive tasks related to negotiations and other labor relations matters. Serves as a Board of Trustee for the Union/Hotel Trust Funds.
Additionally, as an Assistant Director of Human Resources, you would be responsible for assisting the Director in the direction and administration of the Human Resources function in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
