We are seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our Housekeeping Department as Floor Supervisor / Assistant Floor Supervisor. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the overall success of our hotel and provide exceptional service to our guests.

What will I be doing?

• Leadership & Team Coordination – Oversee staff, assign tasks efficiently, ensure smooth operations
• Quality Control & Attention to Detail – Inspect guest rooms and public areas, ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards
• Guest Service & Problem Solving – Respond to complaints and requests, ensure high guest satisfaction
• Compliance & Safety Management – Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintain a safe environment
• Inventory & Resource Management – Manage supplies and equipment inventory, ensure timely reordering
• Training & Development – Train new staff, provide ongoing skill development, ensure consistent performance
• Collaboration & Cross-Departmental Coordination – Coordinate with other departments, ensure seamless operations, enhance guest experience

• Proven experience in housekeeping or floor supervision, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management systems and property management systems (PMS) is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols for housekeeping operations.
