The Bell Attendant organizes and coordinates the concierge services to ensure that each guest experiences a memorable stay from arrival, during the stay, through to departure, in line with Hilton and hotel policies and procedures.

What will I be doing? 

As the Bell Attendant, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

– カスタマーサービスを改善するための行動に同意し、実行する。

– まだヒルトン・オナーズ・プログラムにご入会されていないお客様に、ヒルトン・オナーズとそれに関連する特典を宣伝し、既存のヒルトン・オナーズ会員が大切なお客様として認識されるようなパーソナルでプロフェッショナルなサービスを受け、特典を受けられるようにする。

– お客様からの苦情やコメントに積極的に対処し、そこから学び、フォローアップとフロントオフィスマネージャーへのフィードバックを行う。

– ヒルトンブランドの基準を遵守し、お客様のご要望やお問い合わせに迅速かつ効果的に対応する。

– お客様に対して積極的に対応し、合理的な要求があればお手伝いする。

– コンシェルジュチームがお客様を客室までご案内し、ホテルの施設や客室の特徴を説明し、お荷物を迅速にお届けする。

– コンシェルジュチームで積極的な役割を担い、効果的なコミュニケーションを図り、チームとして目標達成に努める。

– 苦情を迅速かつ効率的に処理し、必要な措置を講じるとともに、ゲストサービスマネージャーに報告し、必要に応じてフォローアップを行う。

– すべてのゲストが問題解決に満足するようフォローアップする。

– ゲストの荷物がホテルまで運ばれていることを確認し、ゲストの迅速な出発を促進する。

すべてのゲストに送迎の手配を手伝い、また招待して別れを惜しむようにする。

– ゲストの荷物の保管と整理を、安全かつ確実に、組織的かつ体系的に行う。

– コンシェルジュチームがロビーの外観を整頓し、必要に応じてパブリックエリアの清掃を行う。

– ホテルの資料が十分にストックされ、ゲストが情報を入手できるようにする責任を負う。
