About the location:

The ability to follow proper payroll and uniform procedures.
Inspect Refrigeration & air-conditioning units to ensure efficient operation by correct maintenance actions.
Perform regularly scheduled maintenance on electrical distribution boards and generators.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions; install, replace or repair damaged equipment; calibrate controls.
Diagnose faults on electrical installations in machinery and equipment.
Inspect and observe installations and make good repairs when located.
Maintain the chilled and hot water supply systems.
Adjust and maintain internal electrical and electronic control systems; clean coils and blowers and check motors and belt tensions.
Assist in planning and designing new installations for electrical systems.
Maintain records and write reports.
Supervise and work alongside staff and contract staff as needed to satisfy a complete and satisfactory product.
Respond to public inquiries in a courteous manner; provide information within the area of assignment; resolve complaints in an efficient and timely manner.
Estimate time, materials and equipment required for jobs assigned; requisition materials as required.
Perform related duties and responsibilities as required
The ability to assist in providing electrical repair and maintenance to motors, starters, breakers and associated equipment throughout the entire building.
The ability to assist in socket repair and replacement.
The ability to assist in installing electrical wiring for renovations, electrical outlet additions, motors and associated equipment.
